Blades to the Ground LLC is a family-owned lawn care company based in Romulus, MI. We are looking for experienced lawn care team members who can safely operate equipment, follow service instructions, communicate professionally, and complete outdoor property maintenance work across the Metro Detroit area.
Lawn Care Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience operating zero-turn mowers, weed trimmers, and standard lawn care equipment.
Reliable Transportation
Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites across the Metro Detroit area.
Schedule Reliability
Must be able to arrive at assigned job sites on time and communicate promptly if scheduling issues arise.
Outdoor Work Readiness
Must be comfortable performing physical outdoor work, including mowing, trimming, edging, cleanup, and equipment handling.
Professional Communication
Must be able to follow instructions, communicate respectfully, and work safely around customers, team members, and property.
Metro Detroit Service Area
Work may include properties in Romulus, Taylor, Wayne, Ypsilanti, Inkster, and surrounding communities.
