1) Overview

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to services provided by Blades to the Ground LLC ("we", "us", "our") to any customer ("you", "your"). By scheduling, approving, or receiving services, you agree to these Terms.

2) Estimates & Scheduling

  • Estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of quoting. If conditions change (overgrowth, debris, access issues, hazards), pricing may be adjusted with notice.
  • Service dates and times are approximate and may shift due to weather, equipment issues, traffic, or route optimization.
  • We may reschedule for safety reasons (heavy rain, lightning, saturated ground, extreme conditions).

3) Access & Property Conditions

  • You are responsible for providing access to gated areas and ensuring pets are secured.
  • Please remove toys, hoses, furniture, and other obstacles before service. Additional time for moving items may be billed.
  • We are not responsible for damage to items hidden in grass or landscaping (sprinkler heads, wires, pet waste, debris, etc.).

4) Service Standards

Our standard mowing service includes mowing, trimming/weed whipping where needed, edging (when included in your service plan), and blowing hard surfaces. Some properties may require additional services (overgrowth cleanup, brush removal, bed work, hauling) and will be quoted separately.

5) Payments, Invoices & Late Fees

  • Payment terms are stated on your invoice. Residential services are typically due at time of service unless otherwise agreed.
  • Commercial accounts may be invoiced on a recurring schedule (for example, Net 15 or Net 30) as stated on the invoice.
  • If an invoice becomes past due, service may be paused until the balance is paid.
  • Any late fees (if applicable) will be stated on the invoice or written agreement.

6) Cancellations

  • Please provide notice as early as possible if you need to skip or cancel a scheduled visit.
  • Same-day cancellations may be subject to a trip/route fee if our crew is already en route.

7) Damage & Claims

  • If you believe there is damage related to our service, notify us within 48 hours with photos so we can review.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, normal wear, or issues caused by hidden/unknown hazards.

8) Safety

For safety, please keep children and pets away from active work areas. We may pause or reschedule service if conditions are unsafe.

9) Website Information
